Quality Management System

ACECAU was certified on 26 january 2007. The international regulation ISO 9001:2000 encourages the adoption of an orientation to processes of quality management.

The implementation of a model of quality management in ACECAU was developed to improve the internal processes and to act as guiance for clients.

For this reason, a map of processes was developed together with a manual of procedures of ACECAU for the standardization and rationalization of the activities carried out by the agency, with the objetive of managing the knowledge and the continuous improvement of the organization.
