Code of Ethics
It is very important to have a code of ethics of a higher professional level in an organization as the Canarian agency for quality evaluation and university accreditation (ACECAU) where the actions are carried out through processes where people are involved.
ACECAU has thought about how a referent must be in the rigour of its procedures, methods of working and organization, as well as to operate with the criteria and standards of quality established and internationally certified.
The compromise of ACECAU with the quality of service has the users as a fundamental referent, due to the effort, the consequences of results and the confidence with the agency. So ACECAU wants to transmit to the Canarian university community the respect of users, going even beyond the traditional rules of politeness, and for this purpose it has been required to make it explicit throughout the compromise with the rigour and the objectivity Disponer de un Código de Ética de elevado nivel profesional como el que se presenta es especialmente importante en una organización como la Agencia Canaria de Evaluación de la Calidad y acreditación Universitaria (ACECAU, en la que las actividades se llevan a cabo a través de procesos en los que fundamentalmente intervienen personas.
